Agreement to assign jewellery of Beaujolois Bury to her brother Lord Tullamore

Ms. statement from Lord Tullamore to his sister, Lady Beaujolois Bury, confirming his application for “certain jewels placed in her hands by [his] father”, which Lord Tullamore requires “in consequence of proceeding taken by the [ Investionary] Interest Society to sell [his] life estate in the Charleville Property”. Although Lady Bury considers these jewels as gifts from her father, her brother claims them as family jewels, and indemnifies Lady Bury, her executors and assigns “from all actions suits and proceedings… which shall or may be brought against her”. File relating to an attempt to amalgamate Borrisnafarney parish with Aghnameadle parish in 1912. Contained within the file are five letters and copies of the letters from Benjamin Bloomfield Trench to the secretary of the Representative Church Body, Anthony Maude, 52 St. Stephen's Green, Dublin. The file also contains numerous documents which raise objections to the union of the parishes, such as two copies of a memo listing reasons why Borrisnafarney refuses to support the union and a memo which states that the main objection to union was the financial difficulty that may result from it.
