Softbound copybook Minutes of Banagher Coal Fund Committee. Fist meeting was 10th February 1895. Lists persons donating to fund. Lists also persons in receipt of money to buy coal and turf. Money is also voted to provide blankets for the Poor (18th February (1895). Includes 'blanket list' 27th February 1895 and pages of accounts of Banagher Relief fund at rear vol. Accounts audited.
Rules of the Banagher Reading and Recreation Society. Ms list of 18 rules governing the constitution and management of a reading room and lending Library at Banagher. States that the 'objects of the society shall to be to promote a taste for reading good and useful literature to encourage mutual improvements and good fellowship among the members'.
Undated printed notice of Banagher Bicycle and Athletic Club stating that the annual sports have been fixed for Tuesday 17th July and requesting patronage and support.
Printed 'Rules of the Banagher Bicycle & Athletic Club' for season 1900-1901 in booklet form. States that the object and aim of the club is to promote cycling and other healthy outdoor exercises including the game of handball.
Manuscript rent roll for the Banagher Estate, King's County. Lists tenants' names and rents paid for the years 1835-1840. Verso contains general directions for seizing sale stocks and property in the even of non-payment of rent: '...you are to proceed against any tenant who does not pay or get time. This rule is of first importance. If you know of any reason why time may not be safely given you are to mention it should such delay be applied for...'
Also includes a printed rental from 1834 possibly drawn up for sale of lands in the encumbered estates court.
