Surveyed by John Molloy 1821', hand coloured, scale 20 Perches to an Inch, with bordering land leased to Pat Cleary, William Cleary, widow Gallagher, James Dunne, Edward Cleary, Charles Cleary and SIr William Cusack Smith.
