This scrapbook comprises mostly of pasted in newspaper clippings on a diverse range of topics.
It includes, for example an account of visit to Banagher Boys National School of Rev Dr Monaghan, PP, Dean of Ardagh and Clonmacnoise.
There is a printed petition to Great Southern and Western Railways regarding proposed discontinuance of services from Banagher to Clara, and several published letters relating to promotion of Banagher Great Fair.
Includes also, letter dated 15th May 1906 on the importance of compulsory education and account of the funeral of the Rev. M. J. Moore S. J. in October 1936.
